Charlie Winn launched Orchard Coaching in early 2021 combining his passion for coaching, leadership, business and working with people who are driven to develop themselves and those around them.
He draws on his 20+ years in agencies, coaching sports teams for 10+ years, 5+ years as an Agile coach plus his ownership of small and medium sized business.
A diverse background and experience means I know that I don’t know nearly enough to ever assume or believe I have all the answers, yet my curiosity will ensure I will guide you to create the awareness needed to make the right decision at the right time, then hold you or the team to account as needed
Coaching is Charlie’s passion; guiding executives, business teams their businesses so the right decisions are been made at the right time using the awareness needed whilst learning and growing throughout the process.
His training and experience as a sports coach created a wonderful foundation to launch his coaching career in the business world. Initially as an Agile Coach, Executive Coach, followed by Business Coach and then as a Leadership Teams Coach.
With 20 years working in, with or as a client of agencies, he has the varying points of view needed on the leadership of marketing, creative and market research agencies to effectively guide agency leaders to identify where to best focus their energy next.
A wide range of experience beyond agencies, brings diverse thinking and this includes been part owner of a cycling retail shop plus coaching and consulting to large corporations from Qantas to Suncorp.

Motivated by seeing a positive impact on businesses by shifting the way Executives, Leadership Teams and Businesses think and therefore work.
Building myself though true leadership which I define as: coaching and developing leaders to create an environment that produces even more leaders.
Believing that relationships at all levels are built on trust through continuously demonstrating credibility, reliability, intimacy and self-orientation.
