Orchard Coaching’s owner Charlie Winn has achieved his Coaching certification by IECL.
Charlie has been coaching Agile teams, coaching Executives and business owners for over a number of years and already has his certification as an Agile Coach (SAFe SPC) and certification as a Rugby Coach (Rugby Australia Level 2) though now has the level 1 certification from IECl which is based on ICF which requires to adhere to the Ethics and Core Competencies.
Charlie has and will continue to bring a coaching approach to all engagements within an organisation which is designed to maximise the learning and outcomes.
